27,375 Visitors from 52 Countries Met with 75 Exhibiting Companies
One of the most comprehensive events in the region for the bakery, patisserie, ice cream and chocolate sectors, BAKERY PLUS – Trade Fair for Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies became a key meeting point where industry-shaping innovations were showcased. Held at ATO Congresium in Ankara between 16–19 October 2025, the fair welcomed 27,375 visitors from 52 countries and 75 exhibiting companies this year.
Organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, the event highlighted next-generation production technologies shaped around the themes of sustainability, efficiency and customization. Throughout the fair, a wide range of innovative technologies was introduced—from an ice machine that prevents water waste through sustainable production, to a domestically produced ravioli machine with a production capacity of 350 kilograms per hour. Visitors experienced forward-looking solutions shaping the future of the industry, ranging from personalized cookie machines to probiotic yeasts and handmade chocolate boxes.
